Let’s start with the first demon the one and the only strongest to get us on our knees; fear. Fear is not like any other demon, this is the most common and the most painful demon in a human. We all have fear and we all are scared of it. It drags us to a point where we feel captured and collapsed. We all do. So how basically does it affect us that much! Easy-
It’s a state of mind, a virus that tells our brain a statement,” what are you stupid? you can’t do that! That’s not possible.You’re never gonna make it, you’re not good enough.Yeah maybe you can fake it But you’re never gonna make it” and irresponsibly our brain acts stupid enough to believe in. And we lose!
The best way to tackle fear is to forget that it exists! fight against it and believe in yourself! Mind is a powerful place and what you feed it can effect you in a powerful way! Feed is positivism.
Just countdown from 5 to 1 and then tell yourself that I’ll do the thing at 1 and leave all the negative thoughts behind as I do the thing! I am invincible and I will not fail!
