Welcome back to my blog after a long time! Today I would like to discuss with you about something particular yet vast in emotions. Being paralyzed, but not physically! mentally and emotionally paralyzed. Now this might song just good enough for a prank but unfortunately; we don’t do that here. Paralyzed (physically)refers to not being able to move certain body parts due to several reasons like- restlessness, being tired, mentally tensed, etc. the reason behind paralysis (physical) is mostly because your brain is no longer able to function properly due to either- damage or being tired. And these 2 are the main reasons for paralysis!
Just like physical paralysis we humans also tend to feel emotional paralysis! this can be defined as the emotion in which you tend to feel worthless, pain, drowning, broken or in other words “numb”. Now why does this happen in the first place, the reason you probably feel paralyzed either because of some emotional breakdown you’ve experienced or because of a huge loss! There can also be other reasons for the same but majorly these 2 are the reasons. Now the main question is how one can deal with this problem or emotion? For that, I’ll see you next time!
