The peaceful Mindset-
This mindset is quite self-explanatory through it’s title. The peaceful Mindset is the mindset in which you learn to find peace internally. Your find satisfaction and happiness in the worst of the moments, to have that mindset, you’ll have to learn the difference between you and your thought because negative thoughts are just that; thoughts. They are not powerful. You have to learn that you are punishing yourself for something that’s not on you! We all deserve punishments but these punishments are biased. We know if we need punishments but we Don’t know HOW MUCH? The best way you can give punishment to yourself is by trying to make things better, through this , you can face your regret and fear both and, this will give you your next way to deal with it. Learn to be patient and calm. the more patient you try to be, the faster you’ll learn to deal with it!
