Welcome back everyone, once again to my blog. Today I have a very interesting topic for y’all. Fear and handling it.Fear is one of those things in our life that makes us feel vulnerable and gets us to take wrong decisions. We often, in fear either never try or do something in the wrong way, due to which we often lose. Fear can be very dangerous and also regretful. Which makes it grow more! Battling fear is one of the toughest tasks. I mean fear is one of the strongest emotions that are tough to handle. But indeed it is important to handle it.
You have to strong and mindful with positivity inside you. You have to know that the decision or the risk you are taking is going to be worth it and then you have to shut your mind and just go for it. The first thing is to know what you fear; Failure, Loosing someone, Rejection, Death or something else. And then just keep telling yourself that no matter what’s at cost, I am not going to let this crush me! I am going to win cause I want to win! And then do it. You own your mind and your body, Don’t let these thoughts and emotions control you, battle it out and win in life!
