Welcome back everyone to my blog once again! Today, I am here to discuss with you about a very interesting topic which is Waking up early, It is considered that Waking up early on daily basis has some positive effects and can help you in life! There are many people who wake up at 5 AM Daily and some even earlier! Which is quite crazy If ya ask me but does it really help you! These are the positive effects of Waking up early on daily basis-

  1. Productivity- We have more hours of work if we wake up early, which is quite helpful because we are not disrupted if we wake up early and hence, giving us the most efficient of working hours.
  2. Positivity- Small changes in your life can make you self empowered. Waking up early can help you feel positive about life and yourself and through this, You can change your perspective about many things which is great.

Negative effects of waking up early-

  1. Social Life- 3 Hours of Productivity would reduce 3 hours of relationships for someone who can’t multitask. If you want To have a great social life then waking up at 5 Am would not be the most effective unless Everyone around you is doing the same because 7 hours of sleep is necessary and if you don’t sleep for 7 hours you would not be active! It’s all a circle. Sleep early to wake up early, wake up early for more productivity, Sleep early and you would not have enough hours for your social life!

It’s both helpful and not helpful but it’s more up to you and how you take it in your life! Waking up is good and bad. for Me it has been a great opportunity to work on myself more and as I complete all of my tasks early morning. I have time for my social like by evening.
