Welcome back to my blog everyone! Hope y’all are having a great day! Today I am here to answer a very interesting question “Are we thinking or feeling?”-
Let’s start with the basic explanation of both terms first-
- Thinking is when you are analyzing a situation and trying to understand it in an objective way.
- Feeling is when you are unknowingly being subject with your thoughts and have biased opinions about it.
Now how do you know if you are feeling something or thinking?
This is quite complicated…… To understand how thoughts function is quite tough but it will be easy for you to understand how much things mean to you…. Whenever making a thought, if that thought feels incorrect deep down but you think that’s the right thing to do, that’s when you are feeling things.
When you are choosing the option that seems methodically correct; that’s when you know that you are thinking.
It can seem unnecessary but it is worth it…. this will help you know what makes you feel or who makes you feel things! Be sure of who you want to be and what you want to be! And I’ll see you soon……
