How To Lead For A Mission?

Hey everyone! Welcome back once again! Hope y’all are having a fine day and a great time in your life! Today I am here to talk to you about an important part of life, Being a leader. We all have to lead at least once in our lives, not because it’s important but because it’s natural! We are not always good at everything but there are some specific tasks or things that we are naturally much better at than other people.

When you are better than others at something then it only seems fair for you to lead people in that task for an overall advantage, So leadership is an essential skill. But how to become a leader and lead people? That’s what I am going to discuss with you today-

Leadership is a very necessary skill, some think of it as a part of life or a role that is just like others but it is in fact the most important role a person should play! Leadership Is very difficult to find but it can be built in a person, all you require for leadership are some basic aspects–

1. Confidence– It is quite understandable, as a leader it is important for you to be confident enough to raise points, make decisions and act like a leader. Confidence is important because it is the courage to take the first step. Most people are scared to take the first step and that is why they fail so it is important for you to understand that a leader never fears to take his first step of the task so don’t fear!
2. Objective View– Whenever you are leading a task, It is easy to expect other people in that aswell, Once you prove yourself to be the leader of the task it is necessary to be logical and reasonable because it seems justified. A leader is a leader because he knows how to value every single person and how to take their points into consideration. leader makes everyone feel equal and choose to do the best thing he can! And even when you are doing something for yourself, it is important to do it objectively, sometimes our feelings come between our tasks so don’t let them come between you and your goals because they would do you no good! Be objective and do everything for a reason with logic!
3. Persuation– Another important aspect of leadership is persuation. Persuation is a very strong point that makes a huge difference between a leader and a follower. Most of the times when you have an objective point and you bring it up with confidence, 90% of the people will definitely follow you and be with you on the mission but sometimes there will be people who might not agree with you on that point. Being persuasive and convincing people to follow you, accept you, understand you and be there with you is necessary. A battle is not won with strength, it is won with calm and collectiveness. The only way you can lose in life is when you lose yourself. Keep ourself close with you and be smart, you can only persuade people if you are smart enough to know how to do it!
4. Willingness– The next aspect taken into consideration for leadership is willingness. This is a psycological but an important factor of leadership. Being willing to do something is like a booster or a helping hand, You can’t achieve anything in life if you are not willing to fight for it. The way to succerss is a hustle, a very very tough hustle and to be successful you have to accept the fact that it works only that way. If you don’t like your work and the things that you do then don’t expect yourself to go further in life and grow. True growth, happiness and success requires willingness to achieve it!

In the end, My only advice is that there are more aspects as well but these 4 aspects are the most important according to me! Because they define a leader and are like the make or break point of management! Practice and you will reach there and I’ll see you soon!
